Processing & Shipping Times Except for embroidered products, orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Additional Time For Embroidered Products The customization of embroidered products requires an additional 5 business days for processing. Once processed, orders are shipped via standard or expedited shipping, depending on your selection at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Delays & Order Issues While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Late Shipments & Compensation If your order is delayed beyond our stated policy, we are happy to offer a full refund and provide you a $5 credit towards a future purchase.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.
